We would like to formally clarify that Netiface LLC is not owned, operated, or controlled by our company in any capacity.
Netiface LLC was previously associated, by name only, with a company formerly owned by myself. That company, Netiface Limited, has since been transferred, and neither me nor our current business retains any ownership, operational role, or affiliation with it.
Furthermore, Netiface LLC was transferred at the time of its incorporation to Pfcloud UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company domiciled in Germany, which is the entity responsible for its infrastructure and operations.
Recent allegations and associations linking our organization to activities conducted through infrastructure attributed to Netiface LLC are false and misleading. We have no involvement in, nor any responsibility for, the operations, services, or actions carried out by that entity.
Accordingly, Miteflux Technologies Ltd does not accept any responsibility or liability for any activities, services, or operations conducted through Netiface LLC or AS36680.
We take these matters seriously and are committed to addressing them responsibly. We are prepared to cooperate with relevant authorities and provide any information required to assist with a proper investigation and clarification of the situation. Our company remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and transparency.
